Reading books is a wonderful way to escape from the stresses of the real world.  I began writing because the door had been opened to me through books; stories waiting to be told, moments waiting to be experienced. 

My current projects surround the serial character, Peter Beard.  Pete is, as are most author's characters, parts of many people I've met, as well as bits and pieces of myself.  He is a work in progress, as his experiences have left him facing a paradigm shift in his life. 

I want you to read my books because I want you to hear the story of Peter Beard.  He is a friend and confidant; an intelligent man and a dangerous adversary.  The wonderful thing about Pete is that he is human, and very much like you or I.  And yet, we will never see or do the things that Pete does.
